Changing the time on a Amanda@SOHO system can be done from any extension but you must log in as the administrator.

  1. Dial the voice mail pilot extension number (the same number normally used to check voice mail)
  2. When the voice mail system answers press "STAR"
  3. Enter "999#" then enter the administration password (default = 999) and press "#"
  4. Enter "883"
  5. Enter the date (MMDDYY) then press "#"
  6. Enter the time (HHMM) then press "#"
  7. The system will prompt for AM or PM
  8. Exit

To set using the feature code:
  1. Dial [692] on the dial pad. A confirmation tone will sound.

  4. MM = Month (01-12)
  5. DD = Day (01-31)
  6. HH = Hour (00-23)
  7. MM = Minute (00-59)
  8. When the correct number of digits are entered, a confirmation tone will sound.

Changing the time on a Samsung Prostar 816 system can be done from any display phone with the handset on-hook. (Do not lift handset off hook while programming.

  1. Enable technician programming mode
    • Press "#" - "PROGRAMMING" is displayed
    • Dial "20" - "MMC ENABLED" or "MMC DISABLED" is displayed
    • Dial the password (default - 1234) - if wrong password is enter "ERROR" is displayed
    • Dial "1" to enter program mode

  3. Dial "55" - the display shows "YY MM DD W HH MM" and then the current date is displayed

To set the time for your UX5000/Aspire system:

  1. From the System Administrator's telephone (normally extension 301), press CALL1 and dial 828.
  2. Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour)

  3. For example, 13=1:00 PM.
  4. Dial two digits for the minutes
    You hear confirmation beeps.
  5. Press SPK to hang up.

  5. Dial two digits for the day (01-31).
  6. Dial the day of the week (0-6).

  7. 0=Sunday, 6=Saturday
  8. Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour).

  9. For example, 13=1:00 PM.
  10. Dial two digits for the minutes (00-60).

  11. You hear confirmation beeps.
  12. Press SPK to hang up.

Adjust the time on the older Panasonic analog telephone system?

You must be on the main phone on jack 01 to set time. You can determine if your phone is jack 01 by setting the switch on the end of a display phone to PROGRAM and then pushing the number 6 on the dial pad. The phone will read the jack and extension number. When you have determined the jack 01 phone, do the following:

  1. Set switch on end of phone to "PROGRAM"
  2. Dial "0"
  3. Enter year (last 2 digits)
  4. Enter month (01-12)
  5. Enter day (01-31)
  6. Enter day of week: (Sun 0, Mon 1, Tue 2, Wed 3, Thu 4, Fri 5, Sat 6.)
  7. Enter Hour (01-12)
  8. Enter Minute (00-59)
  9. Press 0 for AM 1 for PM
  10. Press "AUTO DIAL/STORE" key
  11. Return phone switch to "SET"

How do I adjust the time on my digital Panasonic system?

You must be on the main phone on jack 01 to set time. You can determine if your phone is jack 01 by pressing PROGRAM 99 on a display phone and then pushing the number 6 on the dial pad. The phone will read the jack and extension number. When you have determined the jack 01 phone, do the following:

    Example is to change time from 3:15 PM to 4:17 PM
    KEYSTROKES (Press these keys)

  1. Press PROGRAM * * 1234 (Default password is 1234. yours may have been changed)
  2. Press SP-PHONE 3 Times
  3. Enter 2 digit hour
  4. FWD/DND button or press the softkey below -> on the display
